Hello Lovely, I’m Stephanie!

I’m an internationally award-nominated Certified Life and Liberatory Leadership Coach, with an MA in Adult Education and 10+ years of community facilitation experience.

I know what it is like to feel overwhelmed.

Before becoming a coach I worked in the non-profit and community development sector. I loved supporting diverse individuals and communities to overcome challenges and achieve their goals - but the lifestyle ground me down and I burnt out. I was filled with guilt and disconnected from myself.

I can now see that I felt pressure to personally compensate for systemic and capitalist driven shortcomings. Something I am sure many who have worked in community, care, public sector or change work can relate to.

Now I support those who in resisting the individualization of responsibility for the systemic failures of capitalism, often neglect their needs, putting aside their care for the greater good. Yet we see, time and again, how this approach is unsustainable and leads to burnout and an overall dissatisfaction and lack of joy for life.

I support my clients to see that they do not need to choose between change work and their care and that there is another way forward.

When I first thought about joining HOMECOMING, I was struggling with my purpose. By the end of the first call, I had set some intentions that propelled me to take steps towards my happiness and fulfilment.

Throughout HOMECOMING, I increasingly let go of the expectations I had placed on myself, I have begun to accept that the phase of life I'm in right now is far different from the phase I was in even a month before the group started, and a new approach is necessary - where my priority is comfort, rest and acceptance of where I am in life right now. I meet myself with a lot more compassion.

I loved how every group member came to the sessions with open minds and hearts and spoke their full truth. I loved how, no matter what the circumstances we were each in, I could always relate to something every member of the group was experiencing. Each member listened, and I felt seen, heard and supported every week.

Kailyn HEADSHOT Testimonial

As a mom of two small children who works full time, I was struggling with the constant rush rush pace of life these days. There is a constant pull of which one gets the most of me (and never a chance for me to get me time!!). I wanted to create space to find balance and stop the mindless rushing and burnout.

The biggest change for me is that I really have been able to carve out small moments in time to make space and pause. This felt so unobtainable before, and now I recognize it is a mindset and something I can control. I am being kind to myself and recognize that when I make a choice that puts myself first and allows me to rest and take care of myself, I am a better person in all aspects of my life.

One of the things that
really made the experience so special was the other people who were with me on this journey. We each had our own unique things we were working on, but we really supported and “saw” each other. This made a big difference in holding myself accountable.

Before HOMECOMING, I felt stagnant, like I needed motivation or reframing to create change in my career and creative goals. From the beginning, Stephanie created a wonderful supportive space that felt easy, accessible and had all the intimacy of in-person.

The biggest change I have witnessed is an increased confidence in saying YES to myself and my needs more. This increased self-belief has helped me to create some exciting opportunities for myself!

I also feel clearer on the supportive role of boundaries in my life and more confident about how to implement them. Overall I loved how everyone showed up with respect and vulnerability; it was beautiful.

The experience was insightful, supportive and increased my self-belief.

— Orla

I joined HOMECOMING seeking support to implement habits to feel more grounded in myself and my work. I had been feeling frustrated at my day job, so trying to navigate feeling good in all areas of my life was a struggle.

Going into our first Group Coaching Call, I was nervous - I'm not the best at being vulnerable, let alone with people I'd never met! But by the end of Week 1, I felt really at ease - Steph holds such an amazing container of support.

One of the most significant changes for me is being more gentle with myself and the realization that I can't do it all - nor should I ever strive for that! One of my favourite parts about our time together was the amazing group of people! I was always so excited to hear what others were up to and celebrate their wins each week. And even though we had different intentions and were navigating different circumstances, there was so much overlap in the advice and encouragement.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Homecoming; it was supportive, caring, and fulfilling!

I didn't know what to expect, but I loved how it all unfolded.'

What We Will Cover:

Week one: Intention Setting

You’ll get super clear on what you truly want for yourself. With powerful prompts to support effective reflection, you’ll take the thoughts that have been on a loop in your mind and clearly articulate them into an intention. Bravely sharing these in our supportive community creates the first step to making bold, beautiful changes in your life.

Week two: Foundations for Change

Before you move ahead, you need to know where you are right now! Through intentional(guided) observation, you’ll learn how your tendency to look at what you don’t have holds you back. With this clarity, you’ll see how you can build on the things you may have previously overlooked.

Week three: Overcoming Obstacles

We all feel fear and experience obstacles. However, how they show up is unique to you. You’ll get clear on the major obstacles standing between you and your intention. With these identified, you will create a plan to move through them. Pretending they don’t exist doesn’t make them go away. Having the space to acknowledge these takes away their power!

Week four: Self-Compassion & Curiosity

We don’t bully ourselves into change here. Rather, you’ll be taught a variety of practices to gently challenge the way you speak to yourself, to get curious about the stories you tell yourself, and in short, to get out of your own way. Sustainable change comes from compassion and curiosity. This week will give you a variety of practices you can try out to see what works best for your needs right now.

Week five: Taking Care of You

You’ll identify both what gives you energy and what you need to do to make this a priority for yourself. As a big-hearted human, it’s easy for your needs to be at the bottom of your priority list. This week will challenge your perspective and help you get clear on how you can sustainably carve out time for yourself.

Week six: Keeping it Sustainable

You'll look to the future and create a plan to stay connected to your intention beyond our time together. You'll identify what areas you want to stay focused on and how you will lovingly hold yourself accountable.

What’s Included:

  • 6 x 1.5 hours of Group Coaching to get individual feedback, coaching support, and learn from one another’s experiences.

  • Journal prompts to support you to connect with yourself in a meaningful way.

  • Weekly actions to hold you accountable and build momentum toward achieving your goals.

  • A private Voxer Group to foster connections, accountability and further collective encouragement.

(Voxer is a free text/voice messaging app!)

All Group Coaching Calls are done Via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world!

SLIDING SCALE PRICING

This pricing approach has been put together thoughtfully and with care, inspired by the Green Bottle Model. It recognizes that an amount can mean very different things to different people and provides an avenue to challenge the classist nature inherent in capitalism.

This system works when we are ALL honest about what our financial capacity is.

Underneath each price point is guidance to help you select which is the best fit for you!

€375

  • You are financially secure and are comfortably able to meet your needs each month.

  • You can go on holiday or vacation without major additional financial stress or long-term planning.

  • You are able to access not just your needs but also your wants with relative ease (meals out, new clothing etc.).

  • You own your house or rent in a high-end area

*This option is a ‘pay it forward’ one, which enables you to recognize your financial privileges and support others who do not have them to also access the program! This is a vote for a more equitable world.

€275

  • You may have some debt but you have consistent income and are still regularly able to meet your basic needs.

  • You do not regularly worry about meeting your basic needs (food, water, shelter).

  • With intentional planning you are able to make space for your wants, be it the occasional new item or well-planned vacation.

  • Making this investment might feel a little bit stretchy as you may need to temporarily cut back on your discretionary spending (i.e. a new clothing, a dinner or night out etc.), but these will be short-term sacrifices and will not impact your ability to meet your needs.

€175

  • You meet your basic needs of food, shelter and water, although sometimes it is difficult to do so.

  • You may be in a moment of precarity or uncertainty about how you will be earning income moving forward.

  • While you are able to allocate funds toward program fees, the middle tier would stretch you thin and would take away from the funds required for your needs.

This system is based on honesty, integrity, and community.

That means being honest with yourself about which price point truly feels right for you.

If you fit into the higher price point but might have to forgo some ‘wants’ to make that happen, know that this allows someone who would otherwise not have the capacity to participate to do so. Likewise, if you identify with the lower price point, please do not deny yourself the opportunity to join, that spot is for you, and you deserve to participate just as much as everyone else!

Choosing a pricing tier is a beautiful opportunity to practice self-trust, a foundational skill we will be working on developing further in HOMECOMING. I truly believe that if you take a moment to pause, you will know which option is best for you.

If you're not feeling confident about this, don't worry. I'm happy to chat with you for 15 minutes to help you determine if HOMECOMING is a good fit for you and which tier would be best. You can book a 15-minute chat here!

In acknowledging that the racist, hetero-patriarchal and ableist world within which we are currently living disproportionately impacts individuals of colour, members of the LGBTQI+ community and those living with various disabilities. There will also be two spaces in every group set aside for those who identify as belonging to a group impacted by the oppressive and exploitative conditions of our current society and for whom the lower price bracket remains prohibitive to their participation. The application form for this is forthcoming. If this is relevant to you, please pop me a message here xx

I came to HOMECOMING looking for some direction around the next steps to continue to grow and thrive in my life and career. I was still struggling with supporting myself, feeling confident and finding focus

Before we began, I was really nervous about speaking with strangers and unsure how the group coaching would work. By the end of the first call, I felt welcome, at ease and excited to be sharing in the journey with these other amazing people

The biggest change I've witnessed in myself is that I have carved out more time to just be me. I've started going to yoga classes, taking time out of my day to rest (mostly without guilt), and I've also looked at where I can improve my time management. It is an ongoing process, but ultimately, it has helped me be more organized and, therefore more in flow!

I loved meeting the other amazing participants and the kind support the whole group provided. Everyone was really rooting for each other, and that's pretty cool!

— Carly

I signed up to HOMECOMING knowing I needed a push forward and an opportunity to connect with myself through structured reflection.

Since completing HOMECOMING, I have more of an embodied practice of listening to my feelings and trusting myself! I feel like I can move forward in my career and know that I am not going to make the wrong decision.

I have a clear sense of where I eventually want to be, recognizing that there are stops along the way that may not be perfect, but I will still get what I need from them. I feel much more connected to my intuition.

I really enjoyed the group setting. I learned so much from the other participants and loved the care that was cultivated within the group. I genuinely felt so comfortable in the space, even though we were online and had never met in person.

FAQs

For many, the expectations of the world, our work, our loved ones, and sometimes ourselves weigh heavy on our shoulders.

Homecoming is about peeling back these layers from a place of love, self-compassion and community support.
