Hi, I’m Stephanie MacKinnon
A Certified Life & Leadership Coach
My coaching builds on pillars of self-compassion, curiosity, community and joy as a way of resisting the oppressive capitalist world we live in.
I coach brilliant, tender-hearted humans to unravel from:
Perfectionism
Overwhelm
Guilt
Fear
Urgency
Scarcity
so they can reach a point of ease, flow and connection with themselves and others - while embracing and even coming to love the ‘messiness’ and ‘humanness’ that is a part of them. And us all.
My clients have experienced many beautiful benefits from coaching with me, including:
Increased confidence as leaders
Clarity-filled decision-making
Hearing and trusting their intuition
Reconnecting to their creative practices and play
Understanding their limits and how to lovingly uphold boundaries
Learning to be open to support and actively call it in
Increasing their awareness of how they have internalised capitalism and identifying tangible ways they can resist this in their day-to-day lives and feel more connected to collective change.
While the specifics may vary from person to person, at the core, each of my clients develops a renewed sense of self-trust and confidence to take aligned action towards the life and way of being they truly want.
Life & Leadership Coaching
Hi I’m Stephanie,
As a life and leadership coach, I am passionate about supporting people in challenging capitalist systems by cultivating practices that honour their dreams and needs so they can be part of building the world they want to live in. For some, this is in their personal lives, and for others, it is in their work and businesses.
I have 15 years of experience working with communities to support socially conscious humans to shed external expectations (the ‘shoulds’ society places on our shoulders) and begin to confidently pursue the dreams they hold for themselves, their loved ones, and their communities.
I help my clients reconnect to their innate knowledge, their needs, and build sustainable practices to care for themselves, because they fundamentally deserve it, but also so they can sustain their work and impact in the world.
