While I currently reside on the West Coast of Ireland, I wish to acknowledge the land I grew up on and the place I still in many ways consider home: is the ancestral and unceded territory (never surrendered) of the Mi’kmaq and Maliseet Peoples (Nova Scotia, Canada). We are all treaty people. 

 

Commitment to Inclusion

I am committed to holding coaching spaces where all folks regardless of age, gender, sexuality, ability, race, and ethnicity, feel comfortable to show up as their full selves to bravely share their dreams and feel supported to take courageous action. 

I am passionate about supporting my clients to (re)connect to themselves and their communities, remember how powerful they are, supporting them to  fuel their confidence, self-belief and joy. I believe that joy is radical. To foster joy is to give yourself space to soak in the goodness of your life and fuel your energy to create the changes you want to see in the world.
